Join us for a transformative 6-week Tai Chi Easy course.
During this Course, you will experience a series of Qigong exercises, self-applied massage techniques and the Tai Chi Easy form to enable you to practice daily at home to promote a life of balance, peace, energy, health and vitality. This Course is enriched by discussion about the history and science behind Tai Chi, as well as how Tai Chi incorporates the Taoist philosophy of simplicity and harmony with nature. Our teaching emphasis is on quality, with a focus on coordinating motion with breath, postural alignment, fluidity and inner awareness. Fun, accessible and specifically designed to give you tools to heal yourself, this course addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual perspectives of the practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, blending Chinese Philosophy and healing with Western Science.
