Intro to Yoga
Introduction to Yoga introduces the beginner yoga student to a bit of yoga philosophy, classical postures, breathing, relaxation and a few minutes of meditation. You will be given instruction on how to modify poses to meet your individual needs to enable comfortable participation in an on-going Yoga Class. There are yoga mats, yoga props, bolsters & blankets available to you, for your comfort and to help make poses accessible.
