Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Welcome to Gentle Yoga, a slow-paced class designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance. Each session offers a complete sequence of poses, taught with mindful attention and a relaxed pace. As the class progresses, you'll transition into restorative yoga poses, concluding with a period of seated meditation and Savasana (final relaxation) to rejuvenate your energy and vitality.
Throughout the class, we emphasize Pranayama—awareness and control of the breath—to cultivate a meditative stillness within. To ensure your comfort and make poses more accessible, we provide a variety of yoga props and blankets for your use.
