Flow Yoga

Welcome to our Flow Yoga class, designed to enhance your total body strength, flexibility, and balance through a variety of asanas (poses). Our sessions follow a thoughtful sequence, starting with centering and warm-ups, progressing to asanas for core strength and spinal mobility, sun salutations, standing and balance poses, and concluding with cooling poses and final relaxation (savasana). Throughout the class, you'll learn the practice of breath awareness to help calm and quiet your mind.

We emphasize proper postural alignment and encourage you to listen to and honor your body. Modifications are always offered to meet your individual needs, ensuring a safe and fulfilling practice for everyone.

You may want to bring your own yoga mat, however there are mats, blankets & yoga props at the Studio for your comfort & use.
